YOUR CONTACT FOR EVERY ASPECT OF ENTRY PROCESSING As soon as your declaration of entry has been accepted, SHI will be your contact in everything concerning entry and entry processing of the acceptance. One of our main tasks is to monitor in-payments along with warnings.
SHI PROVIDES TRANSPARENCY SHI informs shareholders regularly on the development of their investment company. Thus at the start of the year, we provide shareholders with interim reports on the company's course of business over the previous year and tell them of our future expectations. SHI also produces comprehensive annual business and trustee reports on fiscal results. These bring all the relevant information together in detail, so that you, as beneficiary, can gain a precise picture of the state of your shareholding.
MANAGEMENT OF SHAREHOLDINGS - EXPERT AND RELIABLE SHI's trustee work also includes maintaining and updating investors' personal details and representing beneficiaries' interests vis-à-vis third parties; for instance, vis-à-vis the fund managers or the initiator. Should shareholders have queries about any aspect of the investment company, we are there to assist them – rapidly, expertly and reliably. We further monitor liquidity payments to shareholders, to ensure they are punctual and correct.
OUR SERVICE FOR TRANSFERS Sale, deed of gift or testamentary disposition – whichever it is, shareholders will receive all information about transfers from SHI. In pursuance of their trustee agreement, we support and liaise with investors who are executing transfers. We obtain the permission of the fund managers, prepare entries in the commercial register and request data from the investment company's tax accountant.
SHAREHOLDERS' AND BENEFICIARIES' MEETINGS SHI organises shareholder and beneficiary meetings or draws up written voting procedures. We ourselves hold the meetings and manage the voting procedures, and provide all follow-up. Thus shareholders receive minutes of every meeting.
PROFESSIONAL HELP IN LIQUIDATING THE COMPANY If an investment company is to be liquidated, SHI will prepare the resolution on sale in agreement with the fund managers. The investors will be informed and will receive their capital payments via their trustee account. With our support, residual winding-up is effected, final accounts drawn up and a reconciliation made for the final business year. We further prepare removal of the company from the commercial register.
